Hardware electronics engineer

I am an electrical engineer from SF Bay Area with specialization in hardware development for consumer electronics. Mr Dubey helped me with my successful EB1A application in 2024-25 Prior to start working with Mr. Dubey I had got my employer's Fragomen attorney assess my profile and they were not willing to upgrade my application from EB2 to EB1 since they found my profile as borderline and non confirming to the cookie-cutter way they operate. My profile was a mix of some academic research and major industry exposure-- but I lacked the 100+ citation in my publications. On the contrary, from the onset Mr Dubey was extremely optimistic about my prospect and it instilled great enthusiasm in my mind (for the first time ever!) that this pursuit was doable after all. I would him to operate in a very systematic way and be an extremely patient listener with the coolest demeanor and approach with candor & genuine-- traits which I find are difficult to use in the same sentence to describe a lawyer! Through the 4months we worked together in drafting the initial application, we had multiple strategize calls and intricate discussion about each aspect of application and who to approach for an endorsement from peer/industry leader. For each such endorsement letter, Mr Dubey immensely helped to draft a framework that suitably highlighted the referee's credentials and the relevance of my work to the impact on overall industry. Unfortunately, I did receive a NOID and we worked together through the Thanksgiving break to draft a timely response. His insight to quote technical statistics and past court cases were very crucial to our NOID response. We also ended up seeking extra endorsements from industry leaders and he went out of his way to help procure a suitable letter from them and piece them all together timely. I ultimately got approved a few months later! I would sincerely like to recommend Mr Dubey for immigration services (including options to litigate for unfair treatment... an option we discussed during USCIS' delay in my case). I suppose with the genuine person he is, no client would feel underwhelmed by the extraordinary effort he puts in to the application.
