Issues related to H4 I94 extension (minor dependent)
Hi All....recently i faced with a grave situation regarding I94 extension of my H4 dependent. Due to the descripency with I94 record and H4 stamp Validity, I thought my kid was having valid H4 status. Prashanth provided timely counseling/advise/guidance on how best to resolve the issue.
